Our mobile app offers a seamless integration between your work life and personal life. And the best part? It's completely free! With our app, employees have access to a range of convenient features:

 <li>Access detailed shift information, including tasks, start/end times, and co-workers on the same shift</li>
 <li>Offer or pick up available shifts from your colleagues</li>
 <li>Request time off</li>
 <li>View the complete schedule for everyone at your location (if permitted by your company)</li>
 <li>Receive real-time alerts for new/updated schedules, available shifts, and shift-change responses from your manager</li>
 <li>Access required training courses from LEARN</li>
 <li>Edit personal and emergency contact information</li>
 <li>View contact info of others at your location</li>
 <li>Edit availability</li>
 <li>Complete specific Action Items</li>

For managers, our app provides additional functionalities:
<ul>
 <li>Access the employee Contact List and instantly communicate with employees via text or call</li>
 <li>Approve or deny time-off and shift-change requests</li>
 <li>Receive notifications for new shift offer requests, acceptances, and time-off requests</li>
 <li>Monitor employee hourly thresholds to ensure compliance</li>
 <li>View the daily Roster report to track current and future schedules and identify employees on duty</li>
 <li>Reassign shifts to specific employees</li>
 <li>View employee tasks assigned to shifts</li>
 <li>Access employees' required training info through LEARN</li>
 <li>Simplify communication by sending messages to specific locations or all locations using the PeopleMatter app</li>
 <li>Monitor the status of overdue and upcoming I-9s through the dashboard</li>
 <li>Opt to receive notifications for all new job applications</li>
 <li>Efficiently upload essential documents, such as Form I-9, through the Document photo upload feature</li>
 <li>Create multiple filters on the Applicant Dashboard for smoother application management</li>
 <li>View full applications for applicants within the past 14 days</li>
 <li>Edit employee availability</li>
 <li>Access emergency contact information</li>

Recruiters and Administrators also have their own set of features:

 <li>Recruiters can view and update pending and open requisitions, as well as receive notifications about new applicants/candidates tied to these requisitions.</li>
 <li>Administrators can also choose to receive notifications about new applicants/candidates tied to requisitions.</li>
